About Jim Arsenault
Jim Arsenault is a Life Coach who has been interested in Human Development for over 20 years. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Mathematics from Clark University in Worcester MA. In college, he happened upon a book by Ken Wilber and has been a huge fan of human development ever since. He studies integral theory and follows an Integral Life Practice, which basically means taking an integral approach to cultivate his own growth in service to others. And yes, he even works with an Integral Life Coach to help support him in his own development!
He resigned from his High Tech career in 2008 to follow his true path as a life coach. He is a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF), has completed Coaching training from the Gestalt International Study Center at Cape Cod, and is working on his Certification Module through Integral Coaching Canada. There are currently only 300 Certified Integral Coaches in the world. He is also a member of the Co-Active network, which is part of The Coaches Training Institute.
And, since he creates his own website content, he decided to write in the first person throughout this site (except for above for whatever reason). I realize that writing in first person is contrary to expert opinion, and apologies if it makes me sound self-centered or whatnot, but it feels inauthentic for me to write in the third person about myself.

I may joke around from time to time, but I am serious about wanting to help you through whatever challenge you may be facing in your personal development. I am also confident that the skills that I continue to develop as a coach and as a person can support you to achieve your goals.
